Catering meals.
If you love the Bar-B-Que and other fixins' in our restaurants you'll love our
catering service. Hundreds of folks around our Missouri locations and
noted companies have let Dexter Bar-B-Que take care of their catering needs.
No order too big or too small. We've shared our Bar-B-Que with groups from
6 to 6,000. Whether your event calls for full service banquet style
catering, delivery and set up, or somewhere in between let us take the work and
worry out of your next catered event. Corporate functions, weddings,
family reunions, class reunions, business lunches, parties and more....You ring
the dinner bell and we handle all the details....

Full Service
Catered Bar-B-Que dinners may be served with your choice of smoked meats: ribs, beef
brisket, chopped
pork or smoked chicken; and homemade potato salad, baked beans,
twice-baked potatoes, coleslaw and side salads are available. Your choice of tea or lemonade and our famous cobbler
may also be selected.
Condiments include bread and Bar-B-Que
sauce.
And, we include the following in the price of every full service catering meal:
• heavy weight plates, plastic ware and napkins
• chafing dishes
• buffet serving staff
Pricing varies based on selections.
At least 2 day notice appreciated, but we will do what it takes to meet your
schedule!
Delivery Only
We deliver your food in heavy-duty disposable containers for a “self
serve” buffet. Delivery menu choices include the same smoked meats,
homemade side dishes, cobbler, condiments and generous portions of our Full
Service caterings. Drinks are available for an additional charge. Delivery meals include heavy weight
plates, plastic ware and napkins. Chafing dishes are available if
required.
To ensure optimum quality we recommend the food be served within 30 minutes of
delivery time.
